Patient Justice Coalition

Turning Patient Stories Into Action and Accountability

We expose unethical care, elevate survivor voices, and push for the legal and cultural change all patients deserve — through documentation, advocacy, and public accountability.

At the heart of our work are core principles that guide our fight for justice, transparency, and ethical care:

Informed Consent is Non-Negotiable

Patients have the absolute right to know who will be touching their bodies, what will be done, and why. Silence, fine print, or vague language is not consent. No exceptions.

Patient Dignity Doesn’t End Under Anesthesia

Unconscious does not mean unprotected. Being sedated is not a free pass for filming, photographing, or unauthorized procedures. Medical care should never come at the cost of basic human dignity.

No Victim Should Face Retaliation for Speaking the Truth

When patients speak up, they deserve protection — not threats, legal intimidation, or public shaming. Truth-telling is not defamation. It’s the first step toward justice. It’s the foundation of change.

Every Patient Matters

You are not a number on a chart. Too often, when things go wrong, patients are discarded. We’re here to say: you matter. Your story matters. And you’re not alone.

Join the Coalition

Whether you’re a survivor, advocate, journalist, or just someone who believes in justice — your voice matters here.

This isn’t about one person. It’s about a system.
And together, we’re going to change it.

Who We Are & What We Do

Our Mission: A Watchdog for the Silenced

The Patient Justice Coalition is an independent advocacy platform dedicated to protecting patient rights, bodily autonomy, and ethical medical care — especially in the unregulated and often predatory world of cosmetic surgery.

We spotlight systemic failures, elevate survivor stories, and hold institutions and providers accountable through advocacy, media pressure, and legal strategy.

Why We Exist: Patients Are Being Harmed — and Silenced

Every day, patients undergo surgeries they didn’t consent to.

Residents and assistants operate without disclosure.

Private moments are filmed without permission.

When survivors speak out, they’re dismissed, intimidated, or erased.

We exist to change that.
